- Trim your wick to approximately 1/4 inch before lighting.

While Your Candle Is Burning
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface when possible to help prevent tunneling.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep the candle within sight and away from anything that could catch fire.
- Do not move the candle while the wax is hot.
- Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, unless your candle’s specific instructions state otherwise.
When It’s Time to Extinguish
- Extinguish your candle safely; avoid blowing out the flame if it causes hot wax to splatter.
- Allow the wax to cool completely before handling.
- Keep the wick centered and trimmed before the next burn.
- Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains, or follow the specific instructions for your candle vessel.
